Item Description

Celestine specimens are rare from this famous Agrigento Province mine and this is an outstanding spray of very glassy, colorless crystals with chisel terminations. The front of this very sculptural 360-degree specimen is preferentially peppered with granular and crystallized sulfur. Complete all-around and essentially pristine, with only one gently bruised termination noted. Exceptional in quality and rarity. Probably older material, but no proof.
