Item Description

Mineral specimens from this exctinct borate-gypsum-Sr mine are very uncommon. The sculptural vug is lined with glassy, gemmy, gray to colorless, celestine crystals with classic chisel terminations. Periphery wear is noted, but this remains a rich, rare and highly repesentative example of the species and uncommon locale from the Bob Trimingham Collection.
