Item Description

Celestine specimens are rare from this obscure mine located near Mapimi and from any locality in Durango. This is a very fine, older, sharply terminated, translucent, ice-blue crystal. The contacting, with trivial damage, per se and minimal bit of brusing have negligible impact to the fine quality of this Mexican rarity. Ex Bob Trimingham Collection and collected in about 1965, according to his label. A MUST for the species or locality collector.
