Item Description
Celestine specimens from this obscure Ohio island locale are RARE. This classic, large, glassy, transparent to translucent, ice-blue crystal has sharp edges all-around (some are chisel-shaped). The side car crystal and bit of limestone matrix on the back are fine compliments. The diplay face of this impressive crystal is nearly pristine, with only trivial rubbing at the top. It resembles classic celestine from Maybee, Michigan. Outstanding and rare material from the Bob Trimingham Collection. Valued at $500.
