Celestine is probably best known from Madagascar, but Spanish specimens are certainly not to be ignored on the world market. This piece is from Jaen, and although they're not common, good pieces are definitely what I would call fine quality. This piece features one predominant, very sharp, nearly water clear, soft blue color prismatic crystal of Celestine surrounded by several other equal quality crystals on host rock matrix. The main crystal measures 1.5 cm long. Hard to find on market, and certainly worth picking up for any collector of the material.
