Item Description

Mt. Baldo is the Co-Type Locality for this uncommon mica group species. It is EXTREMELY rare from here. This sculptural small cabinet is solid mass of sea-green celadonite! It has some sub-hedral faces. The old School of Mines label probably dates from 1864 to 1896, when the School name was changed. Old-time, rich, rare and well-docmented material from the Columbia University-American Museum and Eugene Carmichael Collections.
