Unique "electric blue" spherical clusters of lustrous, bladed, wedge terminated cavansite are beautifully scattered on the large 3-dimensional basalt matrix covered with starkly contrasting glassy and lustrous colorless stilbite blades with a few bone-white stilbite blades. The impressive, well-placed large cavansite ball in the middle is 1.8 cm across. All of the spheres are pristine, except for the topmost ball. Here a striking, lighter blue open spray of cavansite blades has only trivial edge wear. This striking, impressive and outstanding cavansite and stilbite combination with fine balance is from a NEW FIND at one of the famous Wagholi Quarries. The stunning blue color is unlike any other in the mineral world. Examples with this color and this style are often priced $2500 and more, at shows.
