Cavansite and Stilbite

A bold and beautiful CABINET combination specimen from this famed locale. Two, intergrown, spherical clusters (1.9 cm across) of lustrous, rich teal-blue cavansite are dramatically set on the crest of the piece. Two generations of stilbites cover the very sculptural basalt matrix. One side and the crest of the piece are covered with pearlescent stilbite blades to about 1.5 cm. The other side is covered with much smaller, colorless and translucent, stilbite blades. Two, smaller cavansite clusters are a nice accent. Aesthetic and pristine combination material.
