Item Description
This is a very rare topaz gemstone, a cabochon of 8.43 carats. It shows incredibly sharp chatoyance including, rare in natural blue topaz, a catseye effect. Reportedly the finest from a small find of 2020, this is an extremely important stone for catseye and cabochon lovers, as the effect in blue topaz is quite astonishing. From gem dealer Jeffrey Bergman directly to Jim Houran, and the Jim Houran collection of unusual gemstones, this is a really unique stone with no real comparables for valuation.
