A nicely composed cluster of complexly twinned, brilliant Cassiterite crystals with submetallic luster display prominently with an adjacent group of bladed, silvery Muscovite crystals from this noted Chinese locale. The Cassiterite crystals are incredibly sharp, doubly-terminated, twinned, splendent, black and up to to 3.4 cm in maximum dimension. The remarkable part about this piece is that most of the crystals are twinned! Crystals display both contact and geniculated penetration twins on {011}; the occurrence and abundance is not at all common! This miniature displays well in many orientations! Great aesthetics! Crystals are sharp and there is only one ding on the piece as noted in the photos that doesn't distract from this well composed piece. valued $750-950
