Item Description

A great association specimen from Molo featuring pegmatitic Cassiterite twins with a solid opaque black hue, measuring up to 1.0 cm long which are intergrowh with silvery-golden bladed groups of Muscovite Mica, measuring up to 5.7 cm across, free standing on a matrix of white blocky Microcline Feldspar, with associated "roses" of white Albite var: Cleavelandite and prismatic translucent Quartz. Cassiterite specimens from this locality are incredibly hard to find, especially in showy multi-species display specimens like this. Valued $700.
