Splendent, sharp, black cassiterite twins with subtle hints of yellow-orange fire are richly and attractively clustered on the sculptural large muscovite and quartz-rich matrix plate on this showy and excellent specimen from the late 1990s - early 2000s finds at this less well-known Chinese locale. Crystals reach 2.6 cm on this excellent and rich specimen with muliple fine display views, which is nicely accented with a few quartz points. These cassiterites are comparable in quality from those famous Mt Xuebaoding. The many crystals in the interior are nearly pristine, with only two gently bruised corners noted. Plates this size, richness and quality are RARE from the locale. Ex Orellana Collection.
