An exceptional cassiterite and quartz combination from one of the largest Bolivia tin mines. Lustrous, jet-black twinned cassiterite crystals, to 9 mm, are aesthetically clustered on the dramatic forest of glassy, transparent to translucent quartz points. The striking 3.0 cm quartz on the back is a fantastic and rare reverse scepter and the gem terminations of all of the quartz crystals add real pizzazz to this outstanding piece. All of the quartz crystals in the interior are pristine. Combination specimens with this superb aesthetics are very rare. Valued by the former dealer at $750 and well worth it.
