Sanidine, a Feldspar Group species, is common in volcanic rocks. Specimens are rare from Utah and are seldom available from this locality near Tooele City. This classic, sharp, textbook Carlsbad-twinned floater crystal is partially tranlucent. A MUST for the locality or species collector.
