An excellent, well-formed old-time Karlsbad-twinned orthoclase from the Paterson Museum Collection (numbers match). This famous spa town is noted for these, even though it is not the "Type Locality". The sharp, pearlescent gray upright crystal is the twin with the subtle variations across the top of the termination. Classic old-time orthoclase.
