Item Description
A sculptural, lustrous, metallic meteorite from this famous large meteorite fall in Argentina. Discovered in 1576, the fall occurred 4000-5000 years ago. It is classified as an iron octahedrite. Both sides have been sawed and the edges have very interesting nubby features. 35 grams. This is from an old mineral collection.
