Calcite with Quartz (New Find)

Another very unusual calcite specimen from new finds in remote Inner Mongolia. Sparkly, honey-brown calcite coats the large botryoids composed of banded, rhombic calcite, as revealed in the periphery wear on this showy and excellent specimen. The accessory clusters of quartz crystals are a very fine compliment to this combination from an obscure locality. From a trusted Chinese source who reported the mine attribution.
