Item Description
A classic old style of Mexican calcite, these brick-red calcites are included with dusting of minute hematite grains, and give a consistent color. This is actually a large and rather elegant example of this old material. It is a beautiful decorative size, if you have a shelf big enough! The crystals reach 4 cm across. It needs to be noted that this is not 100% pristine, as there are a few small bruises here and there - but it is perhaps 98% pristine and given the size, that is remarkable. 11 pounds
