Item Description
Sprays of glassy calcite spikes are festooned on this striking, Chinese LARGE CABINET specimen. The 3-dimensional calcite sprays and knobs are beautifully accented with a large, 4.5 cm calcite scalenohedron and rust-red, preferential, hematite tinting. For such incredibly dense coverage, there is actually very little damage, overall! A modest bit of edgewear is noted and that's about it. A dramatic large specimen with super sparkle and showiness.
