Item Description

A classic combination specimen from Tsumeb featuring slightly "smoky" colored, sharp, lustrous rhombic crystals of Calcite measuring up to about 1.0 cm, associated with olive-green colored Duftite on matrix. Some of the Duftite crystals are on top of the Calcites, but if you look closely, you can see some of them are actually included INSIDE of select Calcite rhombs. The Calcites range from nearly opaque on the lower portion to almost completely transparent closer to the top of the piece. Most of the Calcites are undamaged, and the piece displays nicely as you can see.
