Calcite with Celsetine (ex Jim Robison Collection)

Item Description

A beautiful and sculptural association specimen of Calcite with Celestine from the Maybee Quarry. The notably sharp, well-formed, gemmy, golden scalenohedral crystals of Calcite are all in good condition for the most part. Addtionally, the Calcites are associated with prismatic, GEM, soft blue crystals of Celestine for a great touch. This is a really showy thumbnail and great overall specimen from this locality. The piece comes from the collection of noted carbonate collector, Jim Robison.
