Item Description

This specimen was self-collected by Richard Kosnar in 1963. It features sharp, translucent rhombs of silvery colored Calcite measuring up to 2.9 cm on edge associated with Albite on matrix. The quality is not outstanding for the species, it's more of an oddball collection specimen from an unlikely locality along I-78 (probably near Springfield Township).
