Striking, beautiful, stacked clusters of lustrous, hematite-tinted nailhead calcite rhombs look like mushrooms or pagodas on this impressive large 360-degree mounded specimen from this famous Chinese copper-iron mine. The bit of noted lower right periphery wear is certainly only a modest detraction to frontal presentation of this large aesthetic and sculptural two-sided calcite from the Art Soregaroli Collection.
