An impressive, large, complex calcite rhomb from the famous Joplin Field. This dramatic, highly lustrous, grayish-amber crystal has striking gemmy areas scattered throughout. It certainly looks faceted! The cleaved base hosts a galena cube with pink dolomite, sphalerite, chalcopyrite, along with an old cloth label.
