Item Description

A beautiful and aesthetic large jackstraw plate of luscious multi-hued golden amber calcite scalenohedrons with frosted faces from the Minerva No. 1 Mine. This excellent two-sided piece is nicely accented with purple fluorite and tiny second generation calcites. The large crystal is 7.5 cm. A few bruised and gently cleaved tips, along with one hard-to-see broken crystal are noted, but are certainly only modest detractions to this classic and excellent combination from the Larry Krause Collection.
