A beautiful and beautifully tinted pair of sharply terminated gem calcite scalenohedrons with copper inclusions from Copper Country. They look just like hematite-tinted crystals from the famous iron mines of Cumbria, Engand, but are not! An exquisite and very rare, old-time thumbnail from the Keweenaw. Valued at $200-300.
