Item Description
A highly unusual, yet amazingly scultpural calcite from the famous Minerva # 1 Mine and the Dick Heck Collection. Balls or hemispheres of calcite are aesthetically attached to an upright boxwork of thin, wafer-like calcite plates. Both forms are cream-colored and have an intensely sparkly, sugary look. The balls are in great shape and you can hardly tell, that some of the plate edges are contacted. Not a detraction by any means! The form of this 360-degree piece is amazing. Bright off-white fluorescence.
