A gemmy, translucen, sharp, "butterfly" twinned Calcite crystal from this lesser known locality. This piece has excellent form and overall three-dimensional appeal. Typically the twins from this locality are much more "closed" and rarely does one see an "open" twin like this from Anderson. Ex Scott Williams collection, and a worthwhile pickup for anybody who collects thumbnails, Calcites, midwest specimens or even twinned pieces.
