Calcite (twin)

Item Description

A fantastic, and well-formed, "fish tail" twinned Calcite crystal from Chihuahua with a vitreous pearly white exterior on the display side and more of a grey hue on the reverse side. No real damage that I can see outside of the base where it detached from the pocket. When you view the piece from the bottom, one can see multiple layers or "rings" of deposition, not unlike the rings of a tree.
