Item Description

This large thumbnail / toenail specimen is a great example of twinned Calcite from the Thomasville Crushed Stone Quarry, in Pennsylvania featuring a "jewel"-like, gemmy, sharp, lustrous, twin with a soft golden color aesthetically sitting on matrix. The twin measures 1.7 cm across. No damage that I can see with the naked eye, and fine quality for the locality.
