Calcite (superb locality twin)

Item Description

A gorgeous large thumbnail specimen of satiny, colorless twinned Calcite from Ontario. It is really eye-catching in person, probably better than the photos indicate, and as it has such sharp, well-defined, angular faces with beautiful luster and overlal form. From a distance it might not look like much, but up close I spent a couple minutes looking at this piece because when you've seen as many Calcites as I have, it's really a treat to see something like this that honestly doesn't resemble any other Calcite that I've seen before.
