Calcite twin

Item Description

A beautiful calcite twin from this famous New Jersey Traprock quarry. The pretty amber twinned rhombs are transparent and lustrous and have frosted faces. The display face is nearly pristine, with only a tiny cleave to the upper left corner. The back has contacted faces, but there is actually very little damage. Calcite twins of this quality are uncommon from this noted locale.
