Item Description

This impressive and aesthetic large calcite crystal cluster looks just like a fine floral arrangement of three unopened flower buds. The translucent, iron oxide-tinted, light peach "buds" have striking multiple terminations, that really add character. Complete all-around and essentially pristine, with only the most trivial of bruising. A very sculptural large example from the famous basalt flows at Irai. Ex Bob Trimingham Collection.
