Item Description

Calcite specimens are very uncommon on market from the famous mines at Globe, Arizona. This is a striking, sharp, tranlucent, tan spire. Three sides of the pseudohexagonal crystal are lightly frosted, with the other three sides having overgrowths of secondary calcite crystals. A bit of sidewear is noted on the overgrowthed back of the crystal. The frontal display view (frosted faces) is in great shape and the termination is pristine. Classic and desirable material from the Evan Jones collection
