Item Description

A showy, old-time combination classic from the famous locale. Lustrous, translucent, amber, modified calcite scalenohedrons are aesthetically attached to the crystallized sphalerite matrix. I particularly like the way the striking upright calcite has enclosed the sliver of sphalerite. The bit of noted bruising to the large calcite is certainly only a modest detraction to this excellent old-timer from the J.G. Dixon and Tom Wolfe Collections.
