Item Description

A showy and dramatic, specimen built of compressed rhombic iron-stained Calcite with a pleasing reddish hue, perched atop an earlier generation of Hematite-coated, matte-textured Calcite of a different habit entirely (scalenohedral). The piece is a completely "scepter" or "nailhead" habit specimen with very little damage, and beautiful color combo and form.
