Large dogtooth calcite crystals densely clustered on this dramatic large specimen are a RARE style from this famous old Cornwall mine. The striking translucent, tan scalenohedrons reach about 5.0 cm and the "porch" on the front is a super accent. In great shape, overall, with only one gently bruised tip in the interior and a few barely noticeable cleaved crystals scattered about. Rare, choice, excellent and desirable old-time calcite from this historic mine.
