Item Description
A rare combination, and partial psuedomorph, from the famous Machow Mine. A fine and rich plate of lustrous, translucent, golden-amber, calcite scalenohedrons are partially pseudomorphed by sulfur. Calcite specimens are uncommon from Machow. Ex Dave Stoudt Collection # 475. Purchased in March, 2001 in Tarnobrzeg at the home of a miner named Eugene Kielek. VERY interesting piece!
