Calcite (rare locality)

Item Description

You don't see a lot of specimens from this obscure limestone quarry in the West Caucasus. This piece is a fine, sharp, yellow-golden color, gemmy scalenohedron of Calcite with excellent internal gemminess and beautiful secondary modification faces along the pyramid faces of the termination. The piece comes with a couple of dealer labels.
