Item Description

Mineral specimens of ANY type are rare from the two obscure Cu-Au deposits at Holberg. This sculptural, freestanding, two-sided calcite features three, sharp, graduated in size, parallel-growth tabular rhombs. The translucent, moderately lustrous crystals are a grayish-yellow. Complete all-around and essentially pristine. A rare and excellent calcite from the Bob Trimingham Collection. A must for the species or locality collector.
