Item Description
These distinctive pseudomorphs are truly iconic, and singular in the mineral world. This piece is a classic example of these at least semi-well-known yet now fairly hard to find Calcite pseudomorphs after Glauberite from Camp Verde, Arizona. This near "floater" specimen is a beautiful "rose"-shaped group showing excellent, remarkably distinct well formed crystals with a soft beige exterior. The original habit of the thin Glauberite crystals is completely preserved by the Calcite, and it's a showy specimen with great three-dimensional appeal that displays well from a few angles.
