Item Description

A lovely three-dimensional specimen of these fairly well-known, yet relatively hard-to-find examples of Calcite pseudomorphing Glauberite from Camp Verde, Arizona. This "floater" small cabinet sized piece features excellent, remarkably distinct, sharp, well-formed, thin "wedge"-shaped crystals with a soft beige golden color, free of matrix. I love the "star"-shaped form of the specimen. The largest crystal at the top of the piece measures 5.6 cm long.
