A sharp, tabular, translucent, pseudo-hexagonal, calcite rhomb is jauntily set atop mint-green prehnite on this showy and excellent combination from Dal'negorsk. The bit of contacting on the right side is certainly only a modest detraction to this aesthetic piece from the Cynthia Payne Calcite Collection. Both species fluoresce. Older, hard to get material today from the early 1990s, as a former dealer label says Tetjuche-Pristan, USSR. Valued at $295.
