Item Description

This impressive large combination plate is from the unique one-time small find in the early 2000s. The front edge hosts two adorable butterfly-twins, to 2.4 cm and a rare style 2.5 cm axehead-twin. The large rhomb on the back edge is 2.8 cm, and has light tip contacting. The other calcites scattered on the piece are mostly bruised or cleaved. The hummocky matrix is totally covered with tiny glassy needle quartz crystals. Showy, excellent and RARE large combination material from the Matioli Collection.
