Item Description
A classic and showy, old-time combination specimen from the Joplin Field. Lustrous, translucent, amber calcite scalenohedrons to 5.4 cm are aesthetically set on the matrix of massive sphalerite covered with pretty layer of iridescent chalcopyrite. The calcite crystals are pristine. Excellent material from this historic district from the Jaime Bird Collection. Much better in person.
