A really cute combination from this famous extinct Trap Rock quarry. A super nifty, highly modified, calcite scalenohedron is elegantly set on the on the matrix of smaller calcites and pretty, starkly contrasting mint-green prehnites. The water-clear, colorless calcite has mostly frosted faces, BUT three narrow glass windows give a fine view into the interior. The calcite is pristine.
