Calcite on Prehnite

Item Description

A good representative Calcite specimen from India featuring a predominant 2.3 cm white "sugary" rhomb aesthetically sitting among "fingers" of soft water-green colored Prehnite on minor matrix. Nearly damage free and very showy. Indian minerals are abundant on the market, but many of them are the finest examples of their respective species in the world, and are certainly worthwhile to add to mineral collections.
