Item Description
Gem-like, transparent to translucent, glassy, colorless, complex calcite rhombs are richly and dramatically clustered and mounded on the large sculptural matrix accented with a patch of gem, light yellow fluorite cubes. The impresssive large rhombs reach 4.0 cm on this very showy and rich combination. Preferential patches of tiny snow-white tabular barite crystals are a fine accent and typical accessory. Modest ghostly white fluorite fluorescence. An aesthetic, very nearly pristine (one lightly cleaved rhomb is noted on the upper left) and sculptural large combination from this famous Asturias mine.
