Calcite on Fluorite (fluorescent)

Very glassy and transparent, light honey-yellow fluorite cubes are beautifully complimented by striking clusters of translucent, glassy, colorless, complex calcite rhombs on this showy and excellent CABINET specimen from recent finds at the Moscona Mine of Spain. The large calcite cluster is 6.7 cm across and the 3-D matrix really adds character. This fine combination piece has only minimal periphery wear. The calcites and fluorites are in great shape. This is not what you would expect to find from the land of great fluorites! This piece has many display views. Off-white fluorescence to the fluorite.
