A rare, excellent and aesthetic combination specimen from this more obscure district in the famous Harz Mountains. Intergrown clusters of complex, glassy, translucent, calcite rhombs are aesthetically set on the mounded matrix of interpenetrating, lustrous, translucent, mint-green fluorite cubes with light purple edge phantoms. A fine 360-degree specimen. The color variation made photography difficult to get the true colors. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON. Moderate fluorescence on both species. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock. Herb valued this piece at $400, five or more years ago.
